Altius Search Group is recruiting an experienced originator who can develop new equipment finance relationships directly with middle-market and larger commercial businesses. This is a true new-business-development role for someone who can independently build a pipeline, open new relationships, and manage opportunities from initial prospecting through credit approval, documentation, and funding.
The position is remote, with a posted base salary range of $100,000–$150,000, plus performance-based incentive compensation and employee benefits. Final compensation will depend on experience, relationships, historical production, and anticipated contribution.

The strongest candidates will have established experience originating Equipment Finance transactions directly with commercial end users.
The company is looking for someone who can independently generate new business, maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities, and develop relationships with CFOs, treasurers, controllers, procurement leaders, operating executives, private equity sponsors, and other senior decision-makers.
Candidates should also bring a strong understanding of equipment loans, finance leases, tax leases, and other commercial financing structures, along with the ability to evaluate financial statements and work effectively with credit and senior management.
