Altius Search Group’s Managing Director, Mike DiGregorio, brings over 20 years of experience recruiting executive talent for a wide range of client companies in a variety of industries. He has a passion for recruiting high-level talent and forming an exceptionally strong connection between candidates and clients. Mike prides himself on identifying high achievers for his clients and providing career-advancing opportunities and advice for his candidates.
After completing his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Portland State University in 1998, Mike began his recruiting career in the banking industry recruiting executive talent as a Corporate Recruiter for a nationally recognized commercial bank. Mike spent five years in this role building the foundation for his career as an Executive Recruiter and learning the nuances of the financial services industry from the inside. Mike subsequently transitioned his career to Management Recruiters International as a Senior Executive Recruiter. He found tremendous success while growing his recruiting practice and managing his recruiting team. Mike has been a Managing Director at Altius Search Group for over a decade. He has been instrumental in growing the business and continues to find creative ways to identify new talent for his clients.

Altius Search Group’s VP, Sr Recruiter Todd Grussmeyer brings a wealth of corporate experience to the team. Todd enjoys cultivating and building relationships through recruiting high-level talent. His background in communication and interrogation (Wicklander-Zulawski) has served him well in navigating the landscape of corporate America.
After completing his Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Portland State University in 2004, Todd moved to Las Vegas, NV where he worked as a private investigator, and high-end retail investigator for Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. After many years in the industry, Todd took a role with Coca-Cola as a sales executive in their food service division, moving Todd to Tennessee. Currently located in beautiful Gatlinburg, TN, Todd is thrilled to partner with Altius Search Group to drive further growth and success. .
Dan Nelson

Altius Search Group’s VP - Sr Recruiter, Dan Nelson, joined Altius in 2018 after nearly 20 years in the footwear industry. Dan’s keen ability to provide best-in-class service through his active listening, comprehension, and confirmation has been a valuable asset at Altius Search Group. Dan’s passion for the success of his clients and candidates truly sets him apart from the rest.
Dan began his footwear career in 1999 with Nike, where he was selling shoes at the first Nike store in Portland, Oregon. While working and starting a family, Dan went back to school. In 2010, Dan graduated from Portland State University, majoring in both Advertising Management and Marketing. Dan spent nearly 13 years with Nike in a number of roles. He then decided to join the vendor side where he worked for a Taiwanese foam manufacture. As the only representative in the States, Dan spent a lot of time traveling both domestic and international, growing the US business over $10 million in 3 years. Dan now lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife and 3 children.
Kyle Wieche

Altius Search Group’s Founder and President, Kyle Wieche, brings over 15 years worth of executive search and recruitment experience and knowledge. Prior to founding Altius Search Group in 2005, Kyle spent 6 years as a Senior Executive Recruiter for one of the fastest-growing affiliates of Management Recruiters International. While honing his recruiting and industry experience, Kyle achieved numerous national and regional recognitions and awards within the MRI system as well as multiple recruiting certifications. He founded Altius Search Group to be a trusted recruiting partner with select clients and candidates while providing an exceptional level of personalized service to both.
Prior to entering the recruiting profession, Kyle spent 15 years as a professional and Olympic athlete in the sport of Alpine Ski Racing. His accomplishments in skiing include being a member of the 1992 US Olympic Team competing in Albertville, France. Kyle was also a member of the 1989 & 1991 World Championship Teams and was twice crowned National Champion. Upon “retiring” from the US Ski Team after the Olympics in 1992, Kyle spent 5 years competing on the US Pro Ski Tour, received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in 1997 and was a head coach for the Park City Ski Team for two years.
