Altius Search Group’s Managing Director, Mike DiGregorio, brings more than 25 years of executive recruiting experience, with particular expertise in Equipment Finance, Leasing, and Financial Services. He works nationally with banks, independent finance companies, captive finance organizations, and other specialized financial services companies to recruit proven professionals across sales, credit, operations, and executive leadership.
Mike began his recruiting career in the banking industry after earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Portland State University. As a Corporate Recruiter for a nationally recognized commercial bank, he gained firsthand exposure to the Financial Services industry and built the foundation for his career in executive search. He later joined Management Recruiters International as a Senior Executive Recruiter before becoming Managing Director of Altius Search Group, where he has spent more than a decade developing long-standing relationships with clients and professionals throughout the industries he serves.

Todd Grussmeyer is Vice President and Senior Recruiter at Altius Search Group, bringing a relationship-driven approach to executive recruiting and talent acquisition. He works with clients and candidates across multiple industries, including Equipment Finance and Senior Living, helping organizations identify professionals who align with the role and the organization's culture.
Todd’s background in communications, sales, and investigative work has helped shape his ability to connect with people, ask the right questions, and understand what motivates both clients and candidates. He values long-term relationships, clear communication, and a thoughtful recruiting process focused on creating the right match rather than simply filling a position.
Based in Tennessee, Todd works with organizations and professionals nationwide and plays an important role in supporting Altius Search Group’s continued growth and commitment to personalized recruiting services.
Kyle Wieche

Altius Search Group’s Founder and Advisor, Kyle Wieche, brings over 25 years worth of executive search and recruitment experience and knowledge. Prior to founding Altius Search Group in 2005, Kyle spent 6 years as a Senior Executive Recruiter for one of the fastest-growing affiliates of Management Recruiters International. While honing his recruiting and industry experience, Kyle achieved numerous national and regional recognitions and awards within the MRI system as well as multiple recruiting certifications. He founded Altius Search Group to be a trusted recruiting partner with select clients and candidates while providing an exceptional level of personalized service to both.
Prior to entering the recruiting profession, Kyle spent 15 years as a professional and Olympic athlete in the sport of Alpine Ski Racing. His accomplishments in skiing include being a member of the 1992 US Olympic Team competing in Albertville, France. Kyle was also a member of the 1989 & 1991 World Championship Teams and was twice crowned National Champion. Upon “retiring” from the US Ski Team after the Olympics in 1992, Kyle spent 5 years competing on the US Pro Ski Tour, received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in 1997 and was a head coach for the Park City Ski Team for two years.

As Vice President of Recruitment at Altius Search Group, he leads the firm's Hospitality Division, specializing in placing top-tier talent across the industry. Previously, Dan served as Director of Recruitment at a nationally recognized hospitality firm, where he consistently ranked among the top producers while driving new client and business development. His hands-on leadership, client-first mindset, and strategic sourcing expertise have helped leading hospitality brands successfully build and strengthen their teams.
Based in Los Angeles, Dan brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment, delivering exceptional results for both clients and candidates across the hospitality sector.
