The Opportunity

Altius Search Group is recruiting for an experienced equipment finance professional who can manage transactions from credit approval through documentation, funding, booking, and post-closing administration. This role supports both Information Technology and Industrial/Material Handling equipment finance, making it particularly attractive for someone who enjoys working across different asset types and transaction structures.
The position is full-time and on-site in Irvine, with an anticipated base salary of $80,000–$95,000, depending on experience.
What They’re Looking For
The strongest candidates will bring prior experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, lease documentation, funding, booking, or transaction administration.
Key experience includes:
Preparing lease, loan, and related transaction documentation.
Coordinating closing requirements with customers, vendors, sales teams, and internal departments.
Reviewing executed documents and confirming funding conditions have been satisfied.
Working with UCC filings, lien searches, insurance requirements, titles, invoices, equipment schedules, and acceptance documentation.
Supporting transactions involving technology equipment as well as industrial, material-handling, manufacturing, transportation, construction, or other hard assets.
Managing multiple transactions and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and strong communication.
Working with Microsoft Office, including Excel; experience with equipment finance lease management or a CRM system is preferred.
