Job Overview: Equipment Finance Sales Executive (Direct Origination)
Our client is seeking proven producers who thrive in relationship-based selling and can consistently originate and close equipment finance transactions. You’ll work closely with underwriting, operations, and funding to drive a smooth customer experience and timely deal execution.
Location: Remote (U.S.)

Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed individual and corporate equipment finance revenue targets
Generate qualified leads through direct prospecting, relationship development, and referral partnerships
Build and maintain long-term relationships with end users, vendors, and referral sources
Educate customers and partners on financing solutions and the company’s value proposition
Partner with underwriting, operations, and funding to ensure efficient deal execution
Serve as a trusted industry resource throughout the origination and funding process
Qualifications & Experience
Proven success in equipment finance sales (direct origination preferred)
Established book of business with strong end-user relationships
Experience financing equipment collateral such as:
Specialty vehicles
Manufacturing and industrial equipment
Marine equipment
Yellow iron / heavy equipment
Miscellaneous equipment
Track record structuring transactions typically ranging from $200K to $5MM
Strong ability to build rapport, earn trust, and close business
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently while collaborating internally
High integrity and commitment to excellent customer service
